New 'One Lap of Kentucky' Road Tour Added to Fall Event Line Up
For those of you who want to enjoy driving and touring in your Corvette, we offer our latest Museum in Motion Tour, the First ' One Lap of Kentucky' Sightseeing Tour. And to make this even more unusual, for a change the State Police will all be in front of you rather than suddenly appearing in your mirror! This tour is a joint fundraiser for the National Corvette Museum and Trooper Island, the camp supported by the Kentucky State Police. Tour dates are October 12-16 with a late afternoon introduction and drivers’ meeting in the National Corvette Museum on October 12 and the tour departing on the 13th.
The event is budget priced at $625 for the driver and $225 for their guest, which includes three nights lodging, three lunches, two dinners and all attraction admissions! Read more on our blog here, or check out the agenda and register here!
Two Chances to Win a Corvette Next Week!
Next week you have TWO chances to win a Corvette! Friday, September 3 at 2:30pm CT we draw a winner for our 2011 Arctic White Grand Sport Coupe. The coupe features two tone red and black leather seats, Grand Sport Chrome aluminum wheels, transparent removable roof panel, 6-speed manual transmission, dual mode performance exhaust, 3LT package, and the heritage package. Tickets are $250 and limited to 500 tickets.
Then on Saturday, September 4 at 3:30pm we draw a winner for our 2011 Black Convertible! The convertible has two-tone cashmere and ebony leather interior, chrome aluminum wheels, automatic transmission, 3LT package and more! Tickets are only $10 each and we have an unlimited number of tickets available.

These volunteers are dedicated to producing the largest and most enthusiastic caravan to date to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the National Corvette Museum. All captains can use help in all disciplines, so if you have a special talent in fundraising, media promotion, graphic arts or other planning areas, please let your area captain know you are willing to help.

The Z06 Fest, September 16-18, is the premier performance oriented event at the National Corvette Museum. This is the event where you can enjoy everything you want and need to focus on speed and performance! Back by popular demand and co-hosted by Z06VETTE.com, this exciting event brings together enthusiasts for three-days of festivities geared towards experiencing the Z06 capabilities.
Drag racing, auto cross, tech sessions, seminars, road tours, poker run, a banquet and auction and much more are planned, with a special focus on the Z06 Corvette!
