Job Title:
Corvette Store Associate
Department:

Status:
TEMPORARY, Rotating schedule (including weekends), typically 15-30 hours per week
Job Duties:
Position will have a range of duties including but not limited to customer service, sales, cash register, stock, shipping, cleaning, etc.

Requirements:
Previous retail experience preferred, Strong attention to detail, ability to multi task daily, Strong customer service background, flexibility.

Rental Services Coordinator

Full Time Typically M-F Schedule, flexibility needed for possible evening and weekend event coordination
Job Duties:
Duties (non-inclusive):
  • Meet pre-determined weekly quota for: calls to prospective clients, off site sales calls, on-site visit hosting for prospects
  • Network through professional organizations such as MPI (Meeting Professionals International), Chamber functions, etc.
  • Manage existing and prospective clientele with regular documented follow-up
  • Meet the needs of the customer to ensure they have a successful event or meeting
  • Timely management of contracts and invoices to customers
  • Maintain very detailed records for each event (revenue, expenses, set up, details)
  • Maintain online calendars for all Facility Rentals
  • Coordinate logistics of rentals including; coordination contact with caterers, vendors, cleaning crew, NCM staff, etc.
  • Continue to research potential clients through resources such as Hoovers.com, Chamber directories, web searches, etc.
  • Follow up with previous customers as well as prospects that have declined and continue networking and developing business
  • Keep detailed records of contacts, research, visits, etc
Requirements:
Sales, hospitality, or public relations education and/or experience, strong customer service background, extrovert personality, organized, ability to be patient and understanding, positive and polite, involved in business and community networking, comfortable soliciting.
