Job Duties:  

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all aspects of employee recruitment, hiring and retention; benefits administration; counseling and disciplinary meetings; employee relations and communications; and training and development.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, PHR certification and/or equivalent experience.  Requires knowledge of employment law and 3+ years progressive HR experience.

Job Title:  

Safety and Security Associate

Department:  

Safety and Security

Status:

Part Time to be scheduled as needed approx 15-25 hours per week

Job Duties:

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing a safe environment for visitors and employees and assisting with the protection of Museum vehicles and assets; conducting regular walk-throughs of the Museum; opening/closing at times; providing training and education on driving simulators; and providing security for evening facility rental events.

Requirements:

Availability to work weekends, evenings and some long days.  Current First Aid and CPR Certification
