  • Custom black leather interior trim
2,602 Corvettes in 1971 had this option
  • LT-1350 C.I./330 HP engine option - RPO# LT-1
Only 1,949 1971 Corvettes were manufactured with the LT-1 engine.
  • 4-speed manual transmission
  • Tilt and telescopic steering wheel RPO# N37
8,130 Corvettes had the tile/tel.steering wheel.
  • Rear window defroster - RPO# C50. Only seven percent of the Corvettes in 1971 (1,598) had the rear window defroster option
  • AM-FM radio - RPO# U69
  • Firestone wide oval, white letter tires.
  • Dealer installed luggage rack and passenger side mirror
  • Driven less than 2,000 miles since complete restoration
  • Built June 11, 1971.

Purchased in 1991, Gary noticed rather uncommon features such as in 1971, 21,801 Corvettes were manufactured and less than nine percent of them were equipped with the LT-1 engine option and only seven percent of the 1971 model year Corvettes were equipped with the rear window defroster. Family spent countless hours restoring and detailing the underside, engine compartment, interior and exterior. The result is a 1971 Corvette that is impeccable. The suspension and engine compartment is meticulously clean, the interior is also completed to the same high caliber. The exterior Mille Miglia red finishes has a luster and deep shine that rivals the finish on the 1990 and 2000 models. In addition to the radiance of the paint, the triple plat chrome bumpers also produce a brilliant appearance.
