How It All Starts
Scheduling Communications
As your Corvette reaches completion, the National Corvette Museum initiates a timely engagement, proposing a selection of convenient delivery dates, typically starting two weeks post the vehicle’s offline date. Upon your Corvette’s finalization and subsequent release approval from GM, a dedicated member of the NCM Delivery Department will personally reach out to arrange the specifics of your delivery appointment. Your preferred date will be formally acknowledged via an email confirmation, marking the commencement of all subsequent communications. We maintain a commitment to clarity and convenience throughout this process. Should any queries or concerns arise regarding the delivery, either from the customer or the selling dealer, our support line at 1-800-205-4248 is readily available to ensure a seamless experience.
Please arrive at the Museum with the items listed below before your delivery can take place.
- A License Plate or Temporary Tag
- Proof of Ownership (Bill of sale, etc.)
- Proof of Insurance
- Valid Operator’s License
- Dealer Acknowledgement Form (Download, print, fill out and return to the Museum via fax, email or mail)
Your Personalized Delivery Journey
New owners, along with up to three additional guests (13 and older) are welcomed to the National Corvette Museum with special signs commemorating the event. A personal, special VIP guided tour of the Museum is conducted by a staff member of the museum. As part of this tour, the new owner will have the thrilling experience of viewing their new Corvette on display in Corvette Boulevard. Next, a member of the NCM Delivery Team will provide a detailed vehicle orientation with the new owner(s), followed by a thorough delivery presentation of their new vehicle. A unique gold decal is placed on the inside of the drivers’ door jamb to signify the importance of this memorable occasion. Customers will also receive a personalized interior dash plaque, a personalized wall plaque and an individual photograph in front of the Museum (weather permitting).
