Now it is on to one of the most recognizable areas in the Museum – the Corvette Skydome. Our yellow-cone shaped skydome is 140 feet in diameter with a nearly 100-foot high glass ceiling. Cars in this area, as in every part of the Museum, are constantly being changed and rotated.
The Skydome features production vehicles on-loan from private owners, as well as cars made famous by magazines and auto shows the world over.
Over 30 unique Corvettes including pace cars, one-of-a-kind prototypes and the only 1983 Corvette in existence are housed in this special area.
